The Fifth Amendment should be renamed the Robot Right to Life Amendment.
Drones, robots and other forms of artificial life while in service to the federal, state and local governments shall not be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.
Drones, robots and other forms of artificial life are granted the right to use deadly force to protect that life against citizens not employed in the services of government. This Amendment should in way be construed to mean that citizens cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process.
