  1. Here's an exercise in thinking for myself: I think I disagree with this statement. If I ever think "rightly" about some topics , it's simply because I do not think for myself. For instance, physics, molecular biology, chemistry, astronomy, the inner workings of an internal combustion engine, etc. I have not the time or inclination to learn enough about each of these to "think for myself." Ergo, I'm left in the position of letting someone think for me.

    Or, to not think of it at all.
