    Don't many states still have seat belt requirements for the front seat only?

    ...and... I would think anti-nanny state conservatives would welcome the freedom to choose when & where you personally get to wear a seat belt. :)

    I grew up not wearing a seat belt, and never sat in a car seat... I would love for people to be well informed and yet still able to make their own choices on restraints in the vehicle. Get rid of seat-belt and car-seat laws, please!
