For the Seattle Readers - Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength.

There is a saying in Tibetan, 'Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength.'
No matter what sort of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that's our real disaster.

It's so hard to forget pain, but it's even harder to remember sweetness. We have no scar to show for happiness.

Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever.

  1. I'm fine with Coach Pete's decision.
If you want a coach that takes risks to win, you have to be willing to accept it when the risk that it doesn't work out.
If it wasn't for Butler stepping into that play, we would have had an easy 6, if he had simply knocked the ball down for an incomplete, we had 2 more plays for Lynch to punch one in...

Look at the statistics of our 1-yd plays all season, and this was not a crazy play call.
Before that play, there were ZERO interceptions out of 109 passing plays (out of a total of 324 plays inside the 1yd-line). Those are pretty good odds.

So... if the Patriots are #1, why did they spend so much of their celebration parade dissing the Seahawks?
I don't remember anyone mentioning the other team at the Seahawks parade last year... or is that another strange nuance of human memories??

And, if Gronk ever wants to come play in Seattle - I think he'd be welcome here!!
    Same for Butler!

    GO SEAHAWKS!!
