LinkedIn Phishing

Watch out for fake LinkedIn messages

The BBB is warning LinkedIn users to beware of a new email ‘phishing’ scam. The email states that you have new “invitations” from people who want to connect with you.  It also says that you have new “messages” awaiting your response. These emails have links for you to click on to see your new invitations and new messages.  However, the links do not include the Linkedin.com domain name.

If you don't know how to do a task, start it, then ten people who know less than you will tell you how to do it.
