White noise is produced by combining all frequencies together. If you took all of the imaginable tones that a human can hear and combined them together, you have white noise.
Brownian noise (Brown noise or red noise), is produced by Brownian motion. The term "Brown noise" comes not from the color, but after Robert Brown, the discoverer of Brownian motion
