He who has faith

There has been a bit of interest in Tiger Woods recently.  Other than Jack Nicklaus’s comment that it wasn’t any of his business, the second best response comes from William Hamilton.

As for Tiger, let those who are without sin cast the first two-iron.

The rest of the headlines still remain grim.  Obama gave himself a B+ in an interview with Oprah last night.  His job approval poll is expected today at 44% (to be announced today from Rasmussen), the lowest of any modern president.  The averages for Ronald Reagan (49%) and Bill Clinton (53%), occurred when they took office with a struggling economy.

After I read the headlines, today’s quote became more poignant:

He who has faith has... an inward reservoir of courage, hope, confidence, calmness, and assuring trust that all will come out well - even though to the world it may appear to come out most badly

  1. The poll on Obama looks favorable to me - maybe you need to piss some people off in your first year to get things done... by the 4th year, I hope what all he's done starts to makes sense.

Bush Jr. started off well-liked... but I seem to recall it didn't end that way...

As for Tiger - 86% of those in one poll said his wife should divorce him. I think that proves less than 14% of those polled believe in honoring vows said before God, such as "for better AND for worse".
