    nothing to lose... except your data security if you choose the wronge service. And if you put someone else's (i.e. a client's) information on a central server, you may be breaching confidentiality agreements too...

    Sure, they have T&C's that "protect" you, but there's no way to hack a server if it's not connected to the internet. And I have yet to hear of anyone logging into an external hard drive that's in the "off" position.
