    I think ITT is working on the new ATC system. It's currently being developed on a very interesting WAN environment. For what I consider to be a stroke of brilliance, the development and 3 testing facilities are in 4 different states. A previous system failed when they realized it worked great, as long as all your ATC operators were in the same room...and not, for instance, scattered around airports around the country. Good luck guys! Fly direct. Or take Amtrak.

    Right wingers want the government to tell the airlines how to perform customer service?

    Sounds pretty "big government" and "pro-regulation" to me. Isn't that Left wing?

    Vote with your feet and your wallet - of course, with all the partnerships/alliances/monopolies in the airline industry, that basically means you have to convince the boss the trips are necessary at all... or see if the boss will grant you enough time to drive or take the train.

    Sorry... maybe I missed something. I have enough of my own horror stories so I didn't listen to the whole video.
